About 9tutors
9tutors is an emerging AI-powered EdTech solution designed to revolutionize the way Africans learn, acquire skills, and receive personalized mentorship. The platform will deliver tailored educational experiences utilizing a recommendation engine, local context, and scalable technology.
Purpose of the Call
We are seeking a capable individual, team, or company to design and develop the 9tutors platform from concept to deployable MVP. The successful applicant will work closely with our founding team to translate the vision into a functional, user-friendly, and scalable product.
Scope of Work
The project will cover:
- Platform Architecture & Development – Web and/or mobile application (Android/iOS)
- Engine Integration – Personalized learning paths, recommendation engine, and automated tutor matching
- User Experience & Interface Design – Intuitive, engaging, and inclusive for African learners
- Database Setup & Security – User data protection, analytics, and reporting
- Testing & Launch Support – Bug fixing, refinement, and MVP deployment
Eligibility
- Proven experience in Recommendation engine, EdTech, or related platform development
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Based in Abuja or able to work remotely with the Nigerian context
